This privacy policy applies to the YG VPN app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, provided by YG VPN (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
1Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- A random, anonymous device ID generated by the Application on first launch
- Your remaining usage time, connection status, and the time and date of your last activity
- Records of rewarded ads you have completed, used to add free VPN time
- The operating system and version of your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, and does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number.
We use this information to run the service, manage your free access time, verify ad rewards, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the Application’s stability.
2VPN Service and Your Traffic
The Application uses Android’s VpnService API to create an encrypted tunnel that routes your internet traffic through our servers.
3Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and the service. The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob – displays advertisements and may use your advertising ID to personalize them
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
We do not sell your personal information.
4Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
5Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete the data associated with your device, please contact us at ygvpnfree.contact@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.
7Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this page regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
